These are the founders of the city. There is room for more if you need any for your backgrounds. Also I know Zack said he had two wizard parents, so I am waiting for him to name and write a back story about them and I will add them to the list. If you want to be related to any of these founders let me know and we can work out the details.
Posupniar Azure: Is one of the four founders of the Verdant Cabal. He is a Tiefling wizard and sorcerer of immense power. From almost the beginning he was the commander of the group. Azure is stocked with magical items, having staves, wands and rings. His most legendary item is a book of knowledge. He married the rogue of the group Lysander Kane. Azure is currently the mayor, ruling over the small town from his wizard tower, that only rises three levels above the Mayor’s keep.
Lysander Kane: Is one of the four founders of the Verdant Cabal. He is a human rogue with legendary skills. He is plain, and short and can blend into crowds with ease. He has a single scar one his right cheek. Lysander has a dagger named Shade’s Fang. He has no job in the village, but lives with his husband, Posupniar Azure.
Symian Westwind: Is one of the four founders of the Verdant Cabal. Symian is a Human bard of whom there are many legends. Symian has a legendary flute named for him, Symian’s Flute has been enchanted with powerful charming magic. He has published eight volumes of stories on his brothers and sisters in arms, but has not been allowed to publish. He opened a tavern in the village and named it Symians. Symian is the only member of the Cabal who still travels the roads.
Wynnter Jora: Is one of the four founders of the Verdant Cabal. Wynnter is an elven Paladin of justice. She had a set of armor crafted using the scales of the five wyrms she killed in battle, this armor is called the Wynnter’s armor. Jora also wielded a legendary two handed battle axe called Riven’s Flame. Now she is the village sheriff.
Daveth Neverborn: A dwarven Warlock from the Khurloc Empire. He was the first to join the group after it had been formed. He has an amulet of great arcane power that he crafted but refuses to name. Symian the bard has taken to calling it the Nevergem. He works as the town blacksmith.
Duma Brownearth: A half-orc druid from the northern wastes. He was born as part of an orcish tribe in the Dragon Wastes. He could feel the cry of nature even as a young child and ran away from his tribe. He found his true calling and eventually joined the Cabal. He has a legendary staff called the Serpent Staff, it can take the form of a large snake, and can usually be found following along behind Duma as he works the fields. He has become the sole farmer, but with his skill and magic no one else is needed.
Thadeth Deepriser: A gnomish ranger from the Khurloc empire. She grew up in the Dwarven Empire, but fled to the earth as soon as she was old enough. She took to the wilds, and learned her trade far to the south In the Wyld of the Strides. She is a true marksman, and is often accompanied by her many animal companions. Duma and her have become a couple, and live in a small cottage far from the village. She wanders the woods, and hunts game and mushrooms to give to her friends.
Riku of the Thunderwalls: A human barbarian, she is tall and strikingly beautiful. She is taller than most humans, towering at almost seven feet. Her tribe was all like that and claim to have giant blood. She is as tough as a giant, and can fight like the devil with her Thunder Halberd. She now lives with Maribell, but can mostly be found in Symian’s. She remains tough and trained, but drinks far too much.
Maribell Honeysuckle: A Halfling fighter is a master duelist, and without doubt the most deadly warrior in the village. Her rapier is called Aetherius, it is an intelligent blade. She has two daughters, and is working to train them to be as quick as she.
Scongar: A human cleric of the Death god. Scongar has built a temple to his god at the peak of a nearby mountain. He looks down over the village, but is never truly a part of it. He uses a scythe as a weapon that is blessed by his strong faith.
Kasula Elhice: A elvan Monk, she has a small house and a large garden near the center of the village. She almost never leaves it any more, she spends all day maintaining the garden with detailed care, or meditating in the center of it. She is a small wisp of an elf, but all the elders can speak of her power and skill.
