There are two options to determine your abilities
The first is the point buy system. You start with 8 in every stat and 27 points to spend. The max you can raise anything to is 15 before taking into account your racial bonus, though anything over 12 costs 2 points each time you raise is after that. So it's 4 points to get you from 8 to 12 but 6 points to get you from 12 to 15.
The second is that I will roll you a pool of six stats, and then you assign the numbers to the stats you wish.

Ideals: Your character should have some ideals that they hold true. And drive your characters actions.
Bonds: Create one bond for your character. Bonds represent a character's connections to people, places and events.
Flaws: Finally choose a flaw for your character.
5. Skills and Equipment
Skills: As you were choosing your classes you have any option to select several skills from a pool appropriate for the class. You will have also gained proficiency in certain skills because of your background.
Equipment: Each of your classes will also give you a place to select your equipment off a list, or to roll and purchase equipment. Please do that and gather what you have selected.
